A: The Tail-Gator was designed to fit all OEM tailgates to date.
Q: Can I still use the Tail-Gator if my truck has a hard cargo cover or a cab?
A: Yes, as long as you have access to your tailgate, however you may not be able to fully close or lock your cargo cover or cab.
Q: Can I leave my Tail-Gator on my truck all the time?
A: The Tail-Gator was designed for easy on easy off. Leaving the Tail-Gator on for extended periods may affect your trucks finish adversely.
Q: Is the Tail-Gator covered by a warranty?
A: The Tail-Gator is covered by a limited Lifetime warranty.
Q: What if my truck has a "wing", can I still us the Tail-Gator?
A: No, the Tail-Gator was designed to sit flat on the top of your tailgate. Using the Tail-Gator on a tailgate with a "wing" may cause damage to the "wing".

A: Should you wish to purchase additional parts your authorized Tail-Gator dealer will be able to help you.

Q: Do you offer an Anti-sway cradle?
A: Not at this time. There are after market anti-sway cradles made to fit a 1" diameter
tube that can be used. Check for fit first.
Q: What is the Maximum carrying capacity?
A: The MAXIMUM carrying capacity is 70 lbs.
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: No, at this time we only ship within the continental U.S.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Our return Policy is 30 Days from time of purchase. A 15% restocking fee applies, buyer pays for shipping. The item must be returned in the original packaging, unused. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS
